  • How do I reserve the Heritage Hall?

    Simply fill out our Rental Inquiry Form and we’ll get back to you with availability, rates, and next steps. Your date will be confirmed once we receive your signed agreement and deposit.

  • Is alcohol allowed at events?

    Alcohol is only permitted if it is served by a licensed caterer who holds a valid liquor license. Private individuals are not allowed to bring or serve alcohol. If you plan to include alcohol at your event, please indicate this on your rental form so we can ensure compliance with our policy and local laws.

  • Can I bring my own food or hire a caterer?

    Yes! You may bring your own food or work with the caterer of your choice. If alcohol is being served, your caterer must be licensed to do so.

  • Can I decorate the space?

    Yes, light decorating is allowed! We ask that nothing is affixed to walls with nails, tacks, or tape that could cause damage, and all decorations must be removed at the end of the rental.

  • Who is responsible for cleanup?

    We ask that renters leave the space in the condition they found it. This includes removing decorations, collecting trash, and wiping down used surfaces. 

  • Is a damage deposit required?

    Yes. A refundable damage deposit is required with your rental. The deposit will be returned after your event, provided there is no damage, excessive mess, or overtime use.

  • What should I plan to bring?

    • Table coverings or linens
    • Plates, cups, utensils, and napkins
    • Food and beverages
    • Decorations 
    • Serving dishes provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
    • Extension cords or power strips (if needed)
